Baltic Sea Properties (BALT) signs lease agreement with UAB Krasta Auto for new BMW dealership in Klaipėda

Oslo, 18 February 2025.

Liepų Parkas – subsidiary project of Baltic Sea Properties AS (BALT) – has entered into a long-term lease agreement with UAB Krasta Auto (part of Inchcape Group) for a 2,475 sqm A++ commercial building in Klaipėda.

The 10-year lease agreement, based on triple-net principles, marks the second stage of the 16,000 sqm business and retail park, Liepų Parkas. The property will be certified under the BREEAM sustainability rating scheme and designed to incorporate renewable energy production. Total estimated investment with land and allocated infrastructure of stage 2 is approximately 4.8 mEUR (53 mNOK) and expected handover and opening of the dealership is scheduled for January 2026. Upon completion of two of four stages, the total developed area will amount to 6,785 sqm, with a total investment of apx. 13.45 mEUR (157 mNOK).

The new BMW dealership will operate in a modern, purpose-built facility including a showroom, fully equipped service center and outdoor storage areas. Designed to enhance both the customer experience and operational efficiency, the dealership will be strategically located on Liepų g. 80, one of Klaipėda’s most prominent commercial corridors. This prime location ensures excellent accessibility and visibility, making it an ideal site for a premium automotive brand such as BMW.

The handover and opening of the dealership is scheduled for January 2026.
