Shareholders who wish to attend the general meeting online may send a request to the Company per e-mail (post@balticsea.no), within the 2nd of May 2023 at 14:00 CEST and will receive an invitation in return. Such online participation shall not be deemed as attendance at the general meeting and it will not give any rights to cast vote at the general meeting. Shareholders who wish to attend and/or cast vote at the general meeting must send registration forms/proxy forms to the Company in accordance with the procedures as set out above.
