This newly developed modern and innovative Class A retail and business park in Klaipėda will cover close to 15,000 m². The project will be carried out in several phases with well-known Lithuanian and international companies settling down at the park.

The infrastructure at Liepų Street provides excellent connection to different locations in the city of Klaipėda and suburban areas. The retail and business park operating in this fastest growing urban area will connect the inner city of Klaipėda with the rapidly developing neighbourhood east and west.

Liepų parkas will offer 500 parking places, including electric charging points and a bicycle storage area. Playgrounds, recreational and rest areas will also be installed. Wi-Fi connection and a car sharing service will be available on the premises.

In January 2025, we completed the first stage and handed over an office and part warehouse complex (4,340 m²) to ESO, a subsidiary of the public listed energy company Ignitis Group. In February 2026, we completed the second stage — a 2,475 m² A++ energy-class building — and handed it over to UAB Inchcape Auto for BMW, BMW Motorrad, and BYD showrooms and service.

The third multi-tenant building is currently in advanced stages of construction and is expected to be completed during 2026, with over 65% of space already pre-leased. The fourth building remains at preliminary stage in the development pipeline. Upon full completion, the park is expected to comprise close to 15,000 m².
