In January 2025, we completed the first of a total four stages in Liepų Parkas, and handed over an office and part warehouse complex to ESO, a subsidiary of the public listed energy company Ignitis Group.
Liepų Parkas is a new, modern and innovative Class A retail and business park in Klaipėda which will cover up to 16,000 m² once completed. The project will be carried out in several phases with well-known Lithuanian and international companies settling down at the park.
The infrastructure at Liepų Street provides excellent connection to different locations in the city of Klaipėda and suburban areas. The retail and business park operating in this fastest growing urban area will connect the inner city of Klaipėda with the rapidly developing neighbourhood east and west.
Liepų parkas will offer 360 parking places, including electric charging points and a bicycle storage area. Playgrounds, recreational and rest areas will also be installed. Wi-Fi connection and a car sharing service will be available on the premises.
