The property was finalised in June 2017 and further expanded in 2020. It is currently leased by Rhenus Logistics, a subsidiary of the Rhenus Group.
The building is certified in accordance with the BREAM In-Use requirements with an asset performance of “Very Good”.
In August 2023, we agreed on an expansion project of 17,255 m² with expected handover in 2025/2026. The property will be certified in accordance with the sustainability rating scheme BREEAM and a photovoltaic cell facility will be installed on the roof of the expanded area.
Upon completion the logistics terminal will be approx. 35,600 m².
