Three of Liepų Parkas’ four buildings are now complete, with a combined 11,258 m² of modern office, retail and service space.
Stage 1 (Building C, 4,340 m² ), an office and part-warehouse complex, was completed in January 2025 and handed over to ESO, a subsidiary of the publicly listed energy company Ignitis Group.
Stage 2 (Building D, 2,475 m²), an A++ energy-class building, was completed in February 2026 and handed over to UAB Inchcape Auto for BMW, BMW Motorrad and BYD showrooms and service.
Stage 3 (Building B, 4,443 m²) was commissioned in September 2026. The multi-tenant A++ building offers flexible office, retail and service premises. Tenants include the sports club SportGates24/7 (more than 1,600 m²), Kelių priežiūra, UAB Pastatų diagnostika ir statyba and a lunch café.
Liepų Parkas is a Class A retail and business park on Liepų Street, next to the Klaipėda–Palanga highway and on one of the main routes between central Klaipėda and its fast-growing suburbs. When all four buildings are complete, it will offer approximately 15,700 m², designed in line with BREEAM sustainability guidelines. The park has over 500 parking places, with electric charging points and bicycle storage.
