In August 2021 Baltic Sea Properties signed two lease agreements with the French-owned parcel delivery group DPD, one of the world’s largest distribution operators, for the development of two new distribution centers in Šiauliai and Telšiai, Lithuania.
The projects were completed and handed over to DPD in October 2022, and an official opening ceremony held on the 18th of November.
