Liepų Parkas is a Class A retail and business park on a 3.6-hectare site in Klaipėda. When complete, its four A++ energy-class buildings will offer approximately 15,700 m² of office, retail and service space, designed in line with BREEAM sustainability guidelines.
Three buildings are already in operation: Stage 1, let to ESO (completed January 2025); Stage 2, let to UAB Inchcape Auto (February 2026); and the multi-tenant Stage 3, commissioned in September 2026. See Liepų Parkas – Stages 1–3 for details.
The site is on Liepų Street, next to the Klaipėda–Palanga highway and on one of the main routes between central Klaipėda and its fast-growing suburbs. The park has over 500 parking places, with electric charging points and bicycle storage.
The fourth and final building (approximately 4,400 m²) is the remaining phase of the development and is being prepared for leasing.
